- Previous experience in retail on Store Manager position or with leading a small team – beauty sector, luxurious goods, clothes or services.
- Very strong leadership skills – ability to lead and motivate your team members, evaluate their results, provide feedback, assign tasks, as well as organize the overall work in the store.
- Right “business sense” and a talent for customer service – our customer experience is not only about selling goods but we also really appreciate a good sense of identification and meeting the customer’s needs.
- Knowledge of last trends in the field of beauty, passion for the world of cosmetics and perfume.
- Knowledge of retail KPIs.
- Fluent English (at least B2 level), as you will communicate with different departments not only in Poland.
- Interest in the further development of your store - a proactive approach is “your way of life” and you come up with new ideas on how to improve the functioning of the store and the entire customer experience.
