Your journey to Notino
Prescreening
First you’ll be contacted by one of our recruiters, who will go over the position with you in more detail. During prescreening, you’ll also be able to ask any extra questions you may have.
Testing
Some positions are a bit more specialised than others. That’s why we may ask you to pass a language, competency or personality test.
First-round interview
You’ll meet up with the manager of the team that you just may be about to join. You’ll learn who your new colleagues will be and what will await you in this new role.
Case study
For some roles, you may be given a task to complete. Don’t worry – there won’t be any trick questions, and you’ll always have enough time to complete it.
Second-round interview
This may or may not take place. It depends once again on the position you’re applying for. If it does happen, you’ll meet both the manager and the team, and you’ll have another chance to ask about everything you’d like to know.
Offer
Did everything work out? Congratulations! You were our ideal candidate. You’ll receive a job offer via email.
Offer Acceptance
We’re past the handshake. Hooray! Now our people are headed off to prepare everything for your onboarding, and meanwhile you can look forward to the #NewMe you’ll discover at Notino.
