What To Expect In The Position:

  • Lead a diverse team – Set strategy and priorities for performance marketing specialists across markets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Own performance marketing strategy – Take charge of strategic management of key online channels like PPC, display, and paid social across multiple countries.
  • Optimize marketing investments – Ensure efficient use of marketing budget and continuously improve ROI across all performance channels.
  • Be data-obsessed – Regularly evaluate performance results, adjust strategies based on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, revenue), and drive growth across channels and platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with other marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Drive efficiency and innovation – Constantly seek opportunities to improve channel performance and explore new tools or processes.

  • Strong communication skills – Comfortable presenting strategies and performance results to senior leadership and peers.

  • Prioritization skills – Capable of navigating change and shifting priorities efficiently.

Your Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing channels – from PPC to paid social and display.
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets – ideally across international markets.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools – such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar.
  • Experience with marketing automation – and contributing to MarTech development.
  • E-commerce fluency – across different business models and market specifics.

First-round interview
