Your Role and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager, sharing co-responsibility for store operations.
• Inspire and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Ensure adherence to store processes and procedures, maintaining operational excellence.
• Manage inventory levels, utilize our in-house system, conduct regular inventory checks, and handle cash operations.
• Lead by example, setting high standards for our Beauty Consultants to follow.
• Elevate and maintain top-tier customer service standards.
• Provide excellent service, fostering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns and complaints professionally.
• Foster cooperation across various departments (HR, Retail Operations, Customer Care, Warehouse, Marketing, and more).
You're the Ideal Fit if You Have:
• Prior retail experience, including team leadership.
• Strong grasp of KPIs and numerical data interpretation.
• Comprehensive understanding of store processes.
• Business acumen and a customer-centric approach.
• A pulse on the latest beauty trends and a genuine passion for cosmetics and fragrances.
• Solid English language skills (minimum level B2).
• A knack for excellent customer service.
• Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office and cash handling.
• Proactive mindset and innovative ideas for store improvement and enhanced customer experiences.
