Position Description

TEAM LEADER

Wymagania:

Koordynowanie pracy zespołu w zakresie przyjęcia, składowania, kompletacji i wysyłki towarów.
Analiza wskaźników KPI (np. produktywność, błędy kompletacyjne, czas realizacji zamówień) i podejmowanie działań naprawczych.
Wdrażanie standardów bezpieczeństwa oraz reagowanie na sytuacje awaryjne.
Podtrzymywanie motywacji członków zespołu, w tym informowanie o celach zespołu i identyfikowanie obszarów wymagających szkolenia lub sprawdzenia umiejętności.
Ciągłe prowadzenie działań usprawniających w dziale logistyki.
Wsparcie, szkolenie i rozwój nowych oraz obecnych pracowników magazynu.
Współpraca z innymi działami (np. planowanie, transport, jakość) w celu zapewnienia sprawnej realizacji operacji logistycznych.
Wspieranie pozytywnej atmosfery oraz efektywnej komunikacji w zespole.
Przygotowywanie raportów dotyczących wydajności zespołu, jakości pracy oraz przestrzegania standardów operacyjnych.

Wymagane umiejętności i kwalifikacje:

Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem oraz operacjami magazynowymi.
Dobra znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office oraz oprogramowania logistycznego.
Rozwinięte umiejętności zarządzania i organizacyjne.
Umiejętności komunikacyjne, prezentacyjne i negocjacyjne.
Gotowość do pracy według elastycznego harmonogramu i w systemie zmianowym.
Biegła znajomość języka polskiego, język angielski na poziomie co najmniej A2.
Wykształcenie w zakresie logistyki i gospodarki magazynowej — mile widziane.
