Position Description

Zakres obowiązków:

· szkolenie i nadzorowanie oraz rozwój zespołu,

· rozliczanie zespołu z wyznaczonych celów,

· reprezentowanie firmy w kontaktach biznesowych,

· wprowadzanie projektów i innowacji mających na celu poprawę produktywności oraz jakości procesów,

· kreowanie bezpiecznego środowiska pracy,

· dbanie o obszar,

· proaktywne działanie w zakresie pojawiających się problemów.

Nasze wymagania:

· doświadczenie w wielopoziomowym zarządzaniu grupą ludzi,

· prowadzenie rekrutacji i umiejętność budowania zespołu,

· praca z zespołem w celu osiągnięcia wskaźników KPI,

· znajomość zasad BHP,

· biegła znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office i oprogramowania logistycznego,

· wysokorozwinięte kompetencje miękkie,

· wymagana znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie co najmniej B1

· oraz biegłość w języku polskim,

· gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym,

· odporność na stres,

· mile widziana znajomość koncepcji zarządzania, lean management, Kaizen.
