Position Description

ŠTO CÉTE RADITI?

  • primati robu iz centralnog skladišta u skladište trgovine 
  • Vi ćete biti zaduženi za kompletno kretanje robe i organizaciju proizvoda unutar pozadine (skladišta) trgovine 
  • raditi na mjestu preuzimanja 
  • provoditi redovno održavanje skladišta, odnosno učinkovito koristiti cjelokupni prostor; spriječiti poluprazne kutije 
  • rad s računalom, svim internim sustavima i tehnologijama (npr. prilikom inventure robe) 
  • pravilno obraditi pritužbe (i reklamacije s web stranica i reklamacije koje su podnešene izravno u trgovini) 
  • pobrinuti o kompletnom i glatkom procesu cijelog reklamacijskog postupka: procesuirati, dokumentirati, zapakirati i surađivati s drugim odjelom 
  • surađivati ​​s korisničkom podrškom i odjelom maloprodaje 

 

ŠTO OČEKUJEMO OD VAS?  

  • prednost je prethodno iskustvo na sličnoj poziciji ili iskustvo u vođenju prodajnog skladišta 
  • neovisnost, asertivnost, proaktivnost, pouzdanost i predanost radu 
  • poznavanje rada na osobnom računalu i MS Excelu 
  • pozitivan stav prema "fizičkom" radu 
  • engleski jezik na osnovnoj razini (A2 – B1) 
  • pozitivan stav prema promjenama i želja za učenjem novih procesa 
  • pozitivan stav prema tehnologiji 
  • pozitivan stav i naglasak na timski rad

Prescreening
