    Нашите магазини са места, където хората се чувстват добре и работят това, което обичат. Вярваме, че красотата трябва да е достъпна за всеки. Искаме да предоставим най-доброто обслужване на нашите клиенти и това е причината да разширим екипа си в магазина, за да обработваме онлайн поръчките чрез нашите пунктове за получаване.

    Какво те очаква при нас :

    •            обработването на онлайн поръчки

    •            обработването на рекламация

    •            получаването на стоки и работата в склада на магазина

    •            подготвянето на поръчките Click&Collect (в магазина имаме стоки, които клиентите могат да поръчат чрез C&C, така че да не се налага да чакат продуктите да бъдат транспортирани от централния ни склад до филиала)

    •            помощ при издаване на поръчките чрез автоматите на самообслужване

    Кого търсим ?

    •            имаш положително отношение към клиентите

    •            имаш усет към детайлите

    •            имаш опит със скенер и основни умения на компютър (Word, Excel...)

    •            ти си екипен играч

    •            ти си гъвкав – нямаш нищо против да работиш през уикенда (искаме да сме максимално достъпни за нашите клиенти, затова Нотино работи 7 дни в седмицата)

    Какво можеш да очакваш от нас?

    • Пакет от ползи, включващи  намаления за служители в нашия онлайн магазин и добавки за облекло два пъти годишно, за да изглеждаш страхотно в нашия магазин. Допълнително медицинска осигуряване. Забавление на фирмените мероприятия и ваучери за храна

    •            20 дни годишен платен отпуск. След 1 година: 25 дни годишен платен отпуск

    Prescreening

    Testing

    First-round interview

    You’ll meet up with the manager of the team that you just may be about to join. You’ll learn who your new colleagues will be and what will await you in this new role.

    Case study

    For some roles, you may be given a task to complete. Don’t worry – there won’t be any trick questions, and you’ll always have enough time to complete it.

    Second-round interview

    This may or may not take place. It depends once again on the position you’re applying for. If it does happen, you’ll meet both the manager and the team, and you’ll have another chance to ask about everything you’d like to know.
