    Position Description

    Notino hledá Head of Product pro finanční systémy

    Jsme největší evropský e-shop v oblasti krásy a zdraví, prodáváme ve 27 zemích a míříme ještě dál. Růst firmy podporuje náš vlastní produktový a vývojový tým, který staví komplexní a škálovatelné systémy napříč byznysem. Třikrát za sebou jsme byli v žebříčku Deloitte Fast 50 a stále zrychlujeme.

    Koho hledáme?

    Hledáme zkušeného Product Leada, který:

    • Formuluje dlouhodobou produktovou vizi a úspěšně ji naplní
    • Má zkušenost s ERP systémy a finančními scénáři
    • Baví ho práce s lidmi – umí tým motivovat i rozvíjet
    • Disponuje výbornými komunikačními schopnostmi a zvládá stakeholder management
    • Rozhoduje se na základě dat a analytického myšlení

    Na čem budeš pracovat?

    • Budeš součástí Finance Clusteru – cca 40 odborníků napříč pěti vývojovými týmy
    • Povedeš tým pěti zkušených product managerů a jednoho analytika
    • Pracujeme agilně: Scrum pro strategii, Kanban pro každodenní operativu, přičemž máš vysokou míru autonomie

    Prescreening

    Testing

    First-round interview

    Second-round interview
