    Position Description

    Chceš si před Vánoci přivydělat, poznat super partu lidí a zažít atmosféru největšího skladu kosmetiky a parfémů v Evropě?
    V Notinu v Rajhradě hledáme šikovné brigádníky!

     

    Co tě čeká?

    • Vychystávání zboží podle objednávek.
    • Práce se čtečkou čárových kódů.
    • Dynamická práce, při které ti čas uteče raz dva.

     

    Jak budou vypadat směny?

    • Směny si plánuješ podle sebe.
    • Ranní: 05:45–14:00 | Odpolední: 14:00–22:00 | a pokud budeš chtít, můžeš chodit i na noční směny.
    • Brigáda je sezonní – do konce roku 2025.
    • Když nám to spolu půjde, rádi se domluvíme na pokračování i dál.

     

    Co za to dostaneš?

    • 175 Kč/hod základní mzdu.
    • Bonus za kvalitu a produktivitu až 3 000 Kč/měsíc (při odpracování min. 38,75 h).
    • Příplatky za práci o víkendech, svátcích a v noci.
    • Možnost výplaty kdykoliv během měsíce přes aplikaci ADVANTO.

     

    Jak se k nám dostaneš?

    • Sklad máme v Rajhradě, jen 13 km od Brna.
    • Pohodlně se dostaneš MHD (zastávka Rajhrad GEIS).
    • Na vybrané směny tě zdarma doveze náš autobus – jízdní řády najdeš na: www.infonotino.cz/jizdni-rad.

    Prescreening

    First you’ll be contacted by one of our recruiters, who will go over the position with you in more detail. During prescreening, you’ll also be able to ask any extra questions you may have.

    Testing

    Some positions are a bit more specialised than others. That’s why we may ask you to pass a language, competency or personality test.

    First-round interview

    You’ll meet up with the manager of the team that you just may be about to join. You’ll learn who your new colleagues will be and what will await you in this new role.

    Case study

    For some roles, you may be given a task to complete. Don’t worry – there won’t be any trick questions, and you’ll always have enough time to complete it.

    Second-round interview

    This may or may not take place. It depends once again on the position you’re applying for. If it does happen, you’ll meet both the manager and the team, and you’ll have another chance to ask about everything you’d like to know.
