    Jsme Notino, jednička mezi online prodejci beauty&health produktů v Evropě. Jsme Notino People, komunita lidí s vášní pro beauty a odhodlání posouvat hranice e-commerce.

    Aktuálně hledáme novou posilu na pozici HR Coordinator. Pokud Tě láká odstartovat kariéru v HR, baví Tě pečlivá a organizovaná práce, ale zároveň se nezalekneš různých výzev, ozvi se, ráda s Tebou proberu detaily! :)

    Co Tě u nás čeká?

    • Budeš zodpovídat za uzavírání docházky oddělení Human Relations v našem systému.
    • Řešit budeš např. cestování - rezervace hotelů, letenek apod. pro kolegy/ně z HR.
    • Čeká Tě organizace teambuildingů a dalších akcí pro náš tým.
    • Z klasických administrativních věcí počítej například s fakturací (kontrola správnosti faktur a zadávání do interního systému) a ad hoc administrativní výpomocí pro HR tým.
    • Zajistíš objednání kancelářských potřeb a potřeb do kuchyňky.
    • Nemine Tě příprava prezentací a podkladů ke schůzkám, zajištění zasedacích místností či občerstvení na týmové akce.
    • Budeš spravovat agendu spojenou s našimi služebními byty.

    Co by Ti nemělo chybět?

    • Už jsi někdy připravoval/a nějakou prezentaci, a tak víš, že PowerPoint není sprosté slovo.
    • Nechybí Ti nadšení a chuť podpořit „svůj“ tým a nebojíš se dynamického prostředí, kde jedinou jistotou je změna.
    • Určitě se Ti bude hodit umění stanovit si priority a zvládneš si dobře zorganizovat práci.
    • Neobejdeš se bez komunikativní znalosti angličtiny na úrovni alespoň B1/B2.
    • Jsi flexibilní, máš rád/a pestrou práci a nechybí Ti "selský rozum".
    • Výhodou je řidičský průkaz sk. B.

    Prescreening

    Testing

    First-round interview

    Case study

    Second-round interview
