Position Description

We are Notino, the number one online retailer of beauty and health products in Europe. We are still growing dynamically, in terms of the number of Notino People, products, countries where we operate, and also in terms of annual turnover.

Now you have a great opportunity to become part of #notinopeople. We are looking for a new member of our L&D team. You will collaborate with the HR team and people from the logistics department across functions and levels to assess training needs, develop innovative strategies, and implement effective solutions that are in line with our strategic organizational goals.

What will you do?

  • Design and shape company-wide L&D programs in collaboration with stakeholders, from analysis of current state to future learning solutions.
  • Coordinate L&D activities across Logistics department to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Localize and implement global learning programs, adapting content for local employees and supporting communication and rollout.
  • Partner with HRBPs, training teams, and business leaders to address functional learning needs and share best practices across countries.
  • Serve as a subject-matter partner for the LXP, supporting content curation, platform usage, and engagement optimization.
  • Manage external learning vendors and learning content, ensuring alignment with company values and strategy.
  • Drive learning impact and culture, monitoring program effectiveness, supporting continuous improvement, and managing L&D budgets.

What do you need?

  • 2+ years of experience in learning and development (L&D/HRBP position or HR training)
  • Proficiency in Czech/Slovak (C2) and a good knowledge of English (min. B2).
  • Ability to learn fast and work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Sense of personal responsibility and target-oriented quality.
  • Previous experience in consulting or project management role – preferred.
  • Previous experience in lecturing, training or leading workshops – preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Kaizen methods is an advantage.
  • You believe that learning never ends, and you want to participate in the development and transfer of knowledge.
