    What is going to be a part of your workload?

    • Providing our French clients with support via e-mail and calls
    • Creating, editing and being responsible for person's order
    • Taking care of administrative agenda of clients' orders including payments, replacements, and communication with supplier and warehouse
    • Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers' preferences

    What do we want you to have?

    • Proficient knowledge of French language regarding both writing and speaking skill as you are going to deal with French speakers
    • High empathy capacity and professional attitude
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Enthusiasm for personal development
    • Any previous experience in similar position is a plus

    Prescreening

    First you’ll be contacted by one of our recruiters, who will go over the position with you in more detail. During prescreening, you’ll also be able to ask any extra questions you may have.

    Testing

    First-round interview

    You’ll meet up with the manager of the team that you just may be about to join. You’ll learn who your new colleagues will be and what will await you in this new role.

    Case study

    For some roles, you may be given a task to complete. Don’t worry – there won’t be any trick questions, and you’ll always have enough time to complete it.

    Second-round interview
