What is going to be a part of your workload?
- Providing our French clients with support via e-mail and calls
- Creating, editing and being responsible for person's order
- Taking care of administrative agenda of clients' orders including payments, replacements, and communication with supplier and warehouse
- Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers' preferences
What do we want you to have?
- Proficient knowledge of French language regarding both writing and speaking skill as you are going to deal with French speakers
- High empathy capacity and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiasm for personal development
- Any previous experience in similar position is a plus
