    Position Description

    Co u nás budeš dělat?

    • Hlídáš toky marketingových dat napříč kanály (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, affiliate, feedy…)
    • Kontroluješ, že data a další metriky jsou konzistentní
    • Odhaluješ nesrovnalosti, výpadky a „divné chování“ v datech 🕵️
    • Spolupracuješ s BI, analytiky a vývojáři na jejich řešení
    • Jsi poslední kontrolní bod, než data skončí v reportech nebo u vedení
    • Pomáháš marketingovým týmům správně chápat výsledky
    • Koordinuješ reporting s externími partnery a dodavateli

    Koho hledáme?

    • Někoho, kdo má rád řád, strukturu a spolehlivost v datech
    • Umíš propojovat byznys, marketing a technický svět
    • Umíš tvořit operativní reporting např. v Lookeru z několika zdrojů
    • Přemýšlíš systémově – datové toky, závislosti, příčina a následek
    • Nevadí ti být „kontrolní autoritou“, ne nutně exekutorem
    • Když data nesedí, chceš vědět proč

    Co bys měl/a mít za sebou?

    • Zkušenost s prací s marketingovými / business daty
    • Praktickou zkušenost s digitálními marketingovými platformami
    • Spolupráci s BI, analytiky nebo vývojáři
    • Už jsi někdy v minulosti pracoval s Funnel.io a Looker studiem
    • Schopnost najít, vysvětlit a dotáhnout řešení datových problémů
    • Výhodou je e-commerce, multi-market prostředí nebo práce s feedy

    Co se ti bude hodit?

    • Silné analytické myšlení a smysl pro detail
    • Alespoň základní orientace v SQL
    • Schopnost převádět byznysové otázky do dat
    • Dobrá komunikace se stakeholdery
    • Zdravá dávka zvědavosti a přístup „trust, but verify“ 😉

    Prescreening

    Testing

    First-round interview

    You’ll meet up with the manager of the team that you just may be about to join. You’ll learn who your new colleagues will be and what will await you in this new role.

    Case study

    For some roles, you may be given a task to complete. Don’t worry – there won’t be any trick questions, and you’ll always have enough time to complete it.

    Second-round interview

    This may or may not take place. It depends once again on the position you’re applying for. If it does happen, you’ll meet both the manager and the team, and you’ll have another chance to ask about everything you’d like to know.
