In Vienna – Donau Zentrum, we are looking for a Deputy Store Manager – the right hand of the Store Manager, with the main responsibility of helping to lead, motivate, and manage a team of Beauty Consultants.

What will your job look like? What your duties would be?

·       cooperate with Store Manager on daily business a be co-responsible for the store.

·       motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives.

·       follow all the processes and procedures in the store.

·       oversee the amount of goods needed, work with our in-house system, be responsible for  regular inventory check and for some manipulation with cash.

·       behave and be an example for our Beauty Consultant.

·       maintain and increase standards of customer service.

·       deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

·       respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

·       cooperate with colleagues from different departments of the company (HR, Merchant, CC, Warehouse, Marketing etc.)

We think you'd be great for this role if you have

·       previous experience in retail (experience with leading a small teams is essential)

·       high level of understanding KPI and other figure

·       high level of understanding all processes in the store

·       right “business sense” and a talent for customer service

·       knowledge of “hot” last trends in the field of beauty, passion for the world of cosmetics and perfumes

·       solid knowledge of english language.(we prefer level B2)

·       talent for perfect customer service

·       computer literacy as you will need it for work with MS Office or cash desk

·       additionally, you should be interested in the further development of our store, have a proactive approach: you should coming up with new ideas in order to improve the functioning of the store and the entire customer experience
