    Position Description

    Staň se klíčovým článkem našeho logistického řetězce. Budeš zajišťovat správu rezervací, koordinovat tok palet a pracovat s daty, která ovlivňují každodenní rozhodování v Supply Chain. Hledáme někoho, kdo miluje přesnost, data a efektivní komunikaci s interními i externími partnery.

    Co tě u nás čeká?

    · Tvorba, kontrola a správa rezervací v interních systémech

    · Úpravy rezervací podle aktuálních potřeb a požadavků

    · Zajištění přesnosti dat pro logistické a finanční procesy

    · Příprava pravidelných reportů

    · Analýza trendů, podpora rozhodování a identifikace rizik

    · Administrativní a technická podpora při implementaci a testování

    · Komunikace s dodavateli a řešení jejich dotazů

    · Koordinace požadavků na systémové změny

    · Testování nových funkcionalit a návrhy na zlepšení procesů

    Jaké skills na tuto pozici potřebuješ?

    Hard Skills

    · Schopnost pracovat s daty a reportingem (Excel / BI výhodou),

    · Znalost logistických pojmů (DAP, FCA, FOB, atd.),

    · Zkušenost s logistickými systémy je výhoda,

    · Znalost angličtiny na úrovni B2.

    Soft Skills

    · Pečlivost a smysl pro detail,

    · Samostatnost při operativní práci,

    · Výborné komunikační dovednosti (interní i externí komunikace),

    · Schopnost rychle reagovat na změny priorit a zvládat více úkolů najednou.

The Inbound team takes care of the transport from suppliers to warehouses, the Outbound team takes care of the transport from warehouses to customers.
