    Position Description

    Notino Partner is an intuitive digital solution designed to streamline the operations of salons and beauty studios. Our platform provides a comprehensive reservation system that helps businesses efficiently manage bookings, client databases, and schedules. With over 8,000 salons already benefiting from our services, we are committed to improving customer experience and increasing operational efficiency for our partners.

    We are currently looking for a new team member with Croatian language skills to strengthen our Business Support team and support our Sales Representative in Croatia. In this role, you will help ensure smooth and efficient support for our commercial activities. It is a key position that requires both attention to detail and strong communication skills, while offering the opportunity to make a real impact on the business.


    What awaits you?

    • Ensure smooth daily operations and communication with salon partners.
    • Manage and analyze data, reports, and documentation, mainly in Excel.
    • Maintain the accuracy and quality of salon information and price lists across systems.
    • Create clear reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.
    • Communicate with salons via phone and email to keep information up to date.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the coordination of Business Support activities, reporting to the Sales Manager.

    Who are we looking for?

    • Advanced Croatian and English (both written and spoken); Hungarian is a plus.
    • Experience in administration or operations is required; experience in sales support is an advantage.
    • Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel and Word.
    • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized, with a proactive mindset and willingness to suggest improvements.
    • A positive and flexible personality who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

    Prescreening

    Testing

    First-round interview
