What awaits you here? 

  • Fulfilling Notino Partner's B2B marketing strategy in collaboration with our marketing team and bringing ideas to strengthen the brand and develop our business activities 
  • Coordinating marketing activities across 8 markets to support the growth of our department 
  • Analyzing the success of campaigns and finding opportunities to further improve them 
  • Management of social networks and other Notino Partner communication channels, from content creation to ensuring consistent branding 
  • Ensuring that local Notino Partner websites perfectly represent our project and attract attention 

Who are we looking for? 

  • A creative innovator who is not afraid to come up with unique ideas to engage and inspire our B2B audience 
  • An experienced marketer with experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on e-commerce 
  • A communicative player who can express his thoughts clearly and effectively 
  • A hands-on person who doesn't hesitate to "get his hands dirty" and prepare both digital and print marketing materials 
  • A trendsetter for whom following the latest trends in B2B marketing and social media is a matter of course 
  • An English speaker who is comfortable in international communication and can handle presentations and work with data 
  • A professional with an overview of tools such as MS Office, Figma and Google Analytics, which she knows how to use to the full

Prescreening

First you’ll be contacted by one of our recruiters, who will go over the position with you in more detail. During prescreening, you’ll also be able to ask any extra questions you may have.

Testing

Some positions are a bit more specialised than others. That’s why we may ask you to pass a language, competency or personality test.

First-round interview

You’ll meet up with the manager of the team that you just may be about to join. You’ll learn who your new colleagues will be and what will await you in this new role.

Case study

For some roles, you may be given a task to complete. Don’t worry – there won’t be any trick questions, and you’ll always have enough time to complete it.

Second-round interview

This may or may not take place. It depends once again on the position you’re applying for. If it does happen, you’ll meet both the manager and the team, and you’ll have another chance to ask about everything you’d like to know.
