NOTINO - Quality Team Leader - Logistics

Position Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Team Leader who will take responsibility for a team of quality controllers and inventory specialists in the distribution centers of Notino.

What will you do:

Lead and motivate the quality and inventory team
Ensure a high level of quality control and inventory accuracy
Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions
Identify issues and drive process improvements
Ensure compliance with internal processes, standards, and HSE rules
Collaborate with other departments within logistics
Make sure that only current and necessary products are stored
Analyze data and prepare reports

What we expect from you:

Experience in team leadership (ideally in logistics or warehouse environment)
Knowledge of quality assurance principles and data analysis
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
Attention to detail and quality focus, proactive approach
Experience with IT tools (WMS, Excel, etc.)
English min. B2 level
