    Hledáme pečlivého a zodpovědného kolegu/kolegyni na pozici AR Specialist, který/á se bude starat o správu pohledávek a finanční administrativu. Pokud máš smysl pro detail, baví tě práce s čísly a komunikace napříč odděleními, může to být ideální příležitost právě pro tebe.

    Co Tě u nás čeká?

    · Zajištění správného a včasného párování plateb

    · Vyrovnávání AR dokladů dle interních pravidel

    · Kontrola a komentování nevyrovnaných položek

    · Aktivní komunikace s interními odděleními

    · Spolupráce při řešení nesrovnalostí v pohledávkách

    · Podpora při uzávěrkách a reportingových aktivitách

    · Práce s interními systémy a databázemi

    Co by Ti nemělo chybět?

    · SŠ/VŠ vzdělání (ideálně ekonomického směru)

    · Zkušenost na obdobné pozici výhodou

    · Dobrou znalost práce s MS Excel

    · Porozumění psané angličtině (B1)

    · Pečlivost, samostatnost a smysl pro detail

    · Schopnost efektivně komunikovat a spolupracovat
