Position Description

Hledáme kolegu nebo kolegyni, který se nenechá rozhodit, když něco nejde podle plánu.
Tvým úkolem bude kontrola a zpracování produktů, které nemůžeme nabídnout našim zákazníkům.
Zkrátka – budeš ten, kdo zajistí, že do rukou zákazníků dorazí jen bezchybné produkty.

Co tě u nás čeká

Zpracováváš produkty vyřazeny při přijmu,

Kontroluješ zboží, vytváříš o něm přehled a výsledky zapisuješ do reportu,

Na základě pokynů realizuješ přesuny vyřazeného zboží a další potřebná opatření,

Připravuješ a zajišťuješ expedici zboží určeného k vrácení dodavateli,

Spolupracuješ s týmem a pomáháš zlepšovat kvalitu procesů ve skladu.

Zkušenost s prací ve skladu a orientaci v logistickém prostředí,

Pečlivost, smysl pro detail a zodpovědný přístup,

Dobrou prostorovou orientaci a manuální zručnost,

Schopnost zvládat zátěž a zachovat klid i v náročných situacích,

Asertivitu, empatii a týmového ducha,

Chuť učit se interní procesy a práci v interních systémech ELIS a Finis.

Testing

First-round interview

You’ll meet up with the manager of the team that you just may be about to join. You’ll learn who your new colleagues will be and what will await you in this new role.

Case study

For some roles, you may be given a task to complete. Don’t worry – there won’t be any trick questions, and you’ll always have enough time to complete it.

Second-round interview

This may or may not take place. It depends once again on the position you’re applying for. If it does happen, you’ll meet both the manager and the team, and you’ll have another chance to ask about everything you’d like to know.
