Position Description

STORE TRAINER

As a Store Trainer you would influence business results through effective delivery of onboarding new Beauty Consultant. Through training sales techniques, product knowledge, process knowledge for team an individuals. Your job would be create a positive learning environment/ culture in the store.

Role:

 

·       act as a Store Trainer (80%) & act as a Beauty Consultant (20%)

·       act as a partner for the Store Manager and Area Retail Trainer

·       deliver/ facilitate one-to-one, classroom, meeting, in store training

·       maintain updated records of training Score cards of staff performance

·       advise Beauty Consultant how to upsell products and services

·       observe how other BC interact with customers to identify areas of improvement

·       determine training needs both for individuals and teams

·       provide effective recommendations and solutions to meet KPI

 

Main responsibilities

 

·       conduct onboarding training sessions for new BC (product and processes)

·       implementation of new processes and other activities which can improve the store itself

·       co-responsible for the store´s results (fulfillment of KPIs and individual goals)

·       responsible for set, update and following training calendar

 

Requirements:

 

·       min. 1 years in the Retail & Sales Industry (ideally including Retail shop floor background)

·       previous experience in training departments and/or in roles where training and developing others was part of the work scope

·       english at level B1

·       passion for beauty brands and storytelling

·       strong desire to learn and to self-develop

·       quick to absorb and apply new information

·       ability to adapt style and methodology to meet the audiences needs
