    Position Description

    We are Notino, the number one online retailer in the beauty & health category in Europe.     As our new SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors). You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, troubleshoot HRIS issues, and provide technical support and training for users across the organization. You will also be responsible for implementing SAP SuccessFactors across our global operations and ensuring seamless communication and data exchange within our internal teams.     What will you do?

    • Monitor and resolve complex software defects to maintain fully functioning HR applications.
    • Design and oversee tests for application software to ensure quality, while promptly addressing any performance issues.
    • Develop fault isolation strategies and quickly resolve identified issues.
    • Design and execute disaster recovery plans to safeguard company data.
    • Develop and test HR data collection procedures to ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights that enhance employee engagement and improve business performance.
    • Provide training and support to users, ensuring they fully understand application capabilities.
    • Implement security measures to protect data integrity through firewalls and encryption protocols.
    • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay up to date with industry advancements.
    • Monitor team performance and support personnel in achieving their objectives through effective management practices.
    • Guide and supervise a team to achieve defined objectives, sharing best practices and relevant procedures.

    What do you need?

    • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and relevant applications.
    • Proficiency in testing software and using advanced computer technologies.
    • Expertise in managing and safeguarding data., ability to install and configure software applications.
    • Skill in gathering and analyzing HR-related data.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently, ability to assess data and create comprehensive reports.
    • Experience in designing user-friendly interfaces.
    • English at a B2 level, Czech/Slovak at a C2 level.
    • Familiarity with developing and maintaining web platforms.
    • Aptitude for navigating and simplifying complex situations and ability to explain them to a wide audience.
    • Understanding of business operations and market trends.
