    We’re searching for a People Relations Services Teamleader, an empathetic leader, skilled in optimizing workflows and elevating the employee experience. In this role, you’ll mentor a team of HR professionals, ensure smooth and compliant operations, and shape how HR services are delivered across the organization.     What To Expect In The Position:

    • Supervise, mentor and develop the People Relations Services team.
    • Ensure smooth day-to-day operation, monitor and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR services.
    • Ensure that all activities are compliant with relevant local labor laws, regulations and company policies.  
    • Regularly assess and refine HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce administrative burdens and enhance the overall employee experience.

    What Experience and Key Skills We’re Looking For:

    • Team Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team of HR professionals.
    • Decision-Making: The capability to make informed and fair decisions that benefit both the team and the organization.
    • Employee Records Management: Keeping all employee files up-to-date, organized, and secure.
    • Workflow Optimization: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to streamline HR workflows and reduce administrative overhead.
    • Communicative English and Czech or Slovak.
