    Position Description

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple stores across regions
    • Work closely with Store Managers and Deputy Managers – coaching, mentoring, evaluating, and helping them succeed
    • Travel regularly to store locations; willingness to travel is a key requirement
    • Set and follow up on business goals, sales targets, and KPIs – ensuring action plans are in place and working
    • Partner with internal Retail teams, HR, and leadership teams to align business priorities
    • Play an active role in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new management staff
    • Collaborate with beauty brands and business partners to enhance performance
    • Support new store openings and play a key role in expanding into the Italian market
    • Approve time sheets, holidays, bonuses, and keep budgets on track
    • Ensure company standards, processes, and customer-first culture are followed across all locations

     

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 3–5 years of experience in a regional/multi-store retail leadership role (e.g. Area Manager, Head of Retail, Regional Trainer)
    • Inspirational leadership style with experience leading international teams
    • Proven success in customer service and sales
    • Deep knowledge of KPIs, operations, and retail excellence
    • Fluency in Italian and English is required; German is a bonus
    • Strong background in retail beauty industry is a big plus
    • Tech-savvy, organized, and solutions-focused
    • Open to travel and excited by international growth
