    Co Tě u nás čeká?

    • Tvorba strategie – navrhneš a zrealizuješ eventovou a experiential marketingovou strategii v souladu s brandem a obchodními cíli Notina.
    • Kreativní koncepty – budeš navrhovat zážitkové formáty a témata, která ladí s našimi hodnotami a rezonují s cílovou skupinou.
    • End-to-end logistika – zvládneš vše od budgetu, výběru lokací, koordinace dodavatelů až po produkci a guest listy.
    • Zásah & engagement – zajistíš, že naše eventy budou mít dopad. Budeš úzce spolupracovat s brand, PR i social týmy.
    • Projektový management – budeš řídit hladkou exekuci, onsite management i krizové scénáře.
    • Analýza a dopad – změříš úspěch každé akce – návštěvnost, zapojení, zpětnou vazbu.
    • Inovace – přinášíš nové trendy, formáty a nápady, které posunou naši eventovou hru.

    Koho hledáme?

    • Praxe v oblasti eventů, marketingu nebo BTL kampaní.
    • Zkušenosti se samostatnou realizací větších eventů a zážitkových kampaní.
    • Zkušenost s BTL produkcí a video produkcí.
    • Zkušenosti s projektovým managementem a orientace v eventové produkci.
    • Výborná čeština/slovenština a k tomu i angličtina, protože budeš komunikovat i se zahraničními partnery.
    • Pokročilá znalost PowerPointu a Excelu.
    • Vynikající organizační schopnosti a time management
    • Výhodou je zkušenost z retailu nebo beauty segmentu.

    Prescreening

    First-round interview

    Second-round interview
