Position Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Deputy Retail Director to support the strategic and operational management of our retail network. In this role, you will act as a key business partner to the Retail Director, ensuring the seamless execution of retail strategies, driving sales performance, and leading regional and store management teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What Will You Do?

  • Support the Retail Director in developing and executing the retail business strategy across all markets.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail network, ensuring consistent performance and operational excellence.
  • Analyze sales, profitability, and KPI reports to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Lead and coach Area Managers / Regional Managers to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate retail expansion projects, including new store openings and refurbishments.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and visual merchandising guidelines.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, VM, Logistics) to align retail initiatives with overall business goals.
    Drive customer-centric culture across the retail organization.
    Act as deputy in the Retail Director’s absence, representing the retail division in internal and external meetings.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in retail operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial or multi-store leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs, store performance analysis, and budget management.
  • Proven track record of improving sales and operational efficiency in a multi-store environment.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills - able to inspire and develop teams.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Czech or other languages are an advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently between stores and regions.
  • Based in the Czech Republic ideally.
