    This is a newly created leadership role, born from the merger of our Global and Headquarters Business Partner teams. As the Team Leader of People & Business Partners, you’ll unite and lead this team of talented HR professionals, supporting our colleagues and making a significant impact across the entire organization from our Brno HQ. You will be a key driver of our people strategy, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, empowering your team to achieve great results, and cultivating an environment where both our business and our people can grow and thrive. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new team identity and help define the future of leadership at Notino. 

    Your main responsibilities will include: 

    • Leading a team of People & Business Partners (currently 5 people situated through out the Europe), ensuring they have the support and guidance to excel. 
    • Driving the implementation and communication of the overall HR strategy and core activities, ensuring alignment across all business units. 
    • Acting as the main escalation point for your team and the business, providing expert guidance on complex employee relations, legal, and ethical matters. 
    • Co-creating and delivering the HR strategy for the business, including organisational design, training and development, budgeting, and performance management. 
    • Promoting and embodying our company culture and values, acting as a role model both internally and externally. 
    • Leading and participating in critical cross-functional and HR-wide projects, such as system upgrades, satisfaction surveys, or our Top Employer certification
    • Continuously seeking opportunities to simplify, standardise, and digitise HR processes to improve efficiency and impact.  

     What do we expect from you? 

    • HR experience, with a proven track record in a similar role.  
    • This is a leadership position. Previous experience in leading, managing, or mentoring other HR professionals is essential.  
    • A proactive, hands-on mindset. We value action and clarity over lengthy discussions, and we need a leader who embodies this. 
    • Exceptional business acumen. You see the bigger picture, think strategically, and can translate complex business needs into actionable HR initiatives. 
    • Confidence working with numbers and data, with the ability to turn analysis into strategic actions and guide your team to do the same. 
    • A strong team spirit and a belief in #WinningAsATeam. Collaboration, openness, and mutual support are key. You will be responsible for fostering this within your own team. 
    • Self-drive and a high degree of autonomy. We’ll support you, but the initiative and leadership need to come from you. 
    • A healthy sense of humour, high level of empathy, and outstanding listening and coaching skills. 
    • Professional working English (min. B2). You will be working with senior international stakeholders. 
    • And finally, adaptability and resilience. Things change fast at Notino. If you need stability and predictability, this may not be the best fit.
