What will be your main responsibilities?

Managing, planning, and leading projects and programs within distribution centers.
Creating, updating, and implementing quality strategies and process improvement initiatives.
Implementing quality tools and LEAN methodologies.
Setting, monitoring, and evaluating quality KPIs across various departments.
Leading and developing the team, creating a motivating environment, and supporting employee growth.
Cooperating with other departments to improve process efficiency and reduce costs.
Continuously developing your professional skills and expertise.

You have advanced knowledge of LEAN tools and quality management.
You speak English at least at B2 level.

First-round interview

You’ll meet up with the manager of the team that you just may be about to join. You’ll learn who your new colleagues will be and what will await you in this new role.

Case study

For some roles, you may be given a task to complete. Don’t worry – there won’t be any trick questions, and you’ll always have enough time to complete it.

Second-round interview

This may or may not take place. It depends once again on the position you’re applying for. If it does happen, you’ll meet both the manager and the team, and you’ll have another chance to ask about everything you’d like to know.
