    Position Description

    This is a new and exciting opportunity to build and shape ESG data analytics for the entire Notino Group. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, collecting, analysing and transforming ESG data into meaningful insights that support Notino’s sustainability strategy and regulatory compliance requirements.

    You will help create the foundations of Notino’s non-financial reporting, work closely with teams across the business, and contribute to the preparation of our first annual Sustainability Report.

    What will do you?

    Notino’s Non-Financial Reporting Framework

    You will help translate Notino’s double materiality concept into sustainability disclosures required by the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, and design the non-financial reporting structure in line with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards.

    Data Collection

    You will identify, collect and consolidate ESG-related data from a wide range of internal sources, including Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Procurement, Facility Management, Human Resources and other departments.

    You will also develop and implement reliable processes for data collection, validation and management to ensure accuracy, completeness and auditability. As part of the role, you will become the central point of contact for ESG-related data inquiries across Notino.

    Reporting & Compliance

    You will prepare and consolidate data for external non-financial reports in line with applicable regulations. You will cooperate with external auditors, ensuring that the reported data is complete, accurate and well-documented.

    A key part of your role will be leading the preparation of Notino’s first annual Sustainability Report and related disclosures, while setting up procedures for future reporting cycles. You will also lead communication and collaboration with external auditors in the area of non-financial reporting.

    Analysis & Insights

    You will automate the calculation of key ESG performance indicators based on Notino’s reporting framework. You will create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations that help internal stakeholders track performance against ESG goals.

    You will analyse ESG data to identify key trends, risks and opportunities across the business, and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights. You will also support individual departments in understanding their ESG impact and identifying opportunities for improvement.

    What do we expect from you:

    • Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
    • Experience with ESG, sustainability or non-financial reporting is a significant advantage.
    • Strong proficiency in data analysis and analytical tools.
    • Experience with data visualisation tools.
    • Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proactive and self-starting approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
    • Advanced English, together with fluency in Czech or Slovak.
