Position Description

Notino odpira svojo prvo prodajalno v Ljubljani in vstopa na povsem nov trg. Zato gradimo ekipo, ki bo že od prvega dne soustvarjala njen uspeh. 

Iščemo zanesljivega sodelavca za Podporo trgovine, ki bo skrbel za skladišče, zaloge in nemoteno delovanje prodajalne. S svojim delom boste zagotavljali, da je blago vedno na pravem mestu, pravilno evidentirano v sistemu in pripravljeno za naše stranke. 

Z učinkovitim delom v ozadju boste pomembno prispevali k odlični nakupovalni izkušnji in uspešnemu poslovanju prodajalne. 

Kaj boste počeli? 

  • Prevzemali blago iz centralnega skladišča ter skrbeli za njegovo pravilno skladiščenje in razporeditev. 
  • Pripravljali in izdajali spletna naročila strankam, vključno z naročili Click & Collect. 
  • Skrbeli za vzdrževanje skladišča ter učinkovito organizacijo prostora in zalog. 
  • Preverjali količino in kakovost prejetega blaga ter ustreznost spremljajoče dokumentacije. 
  • Delo opravljali z internimi programi, skenerji in drugimi digitalnimi orodji. 
  • Sodelovali pri upravljanju zalog in zagotavljali ažurnost podatkov v sistemu. 
  • Po potrebi pomagali strankam in podpirali delovanje prodajalne. 
  • Skrbeli za čisto in urejeno delovno okolje.

  • Pozitiven odnos do sodelovanja in timskega dela. 
  • Znanje slovenskega jezika na ravni B2. 
  • Samostojnost, zanesljivost in odgovoren pristop k delu. 
  • Pripravljenost na fizično delo. 
  • Pozitiven odnos do tehnologije ter sposobnost doslednega dela s sistemi, podatki in uveljavljenimi procesi. 
  • Izkušnje z delom v skladišču ali podporo poslovanja prodajalne so prednost. 
  • Natančnost, vestnost in dobra organiziranost. 
  • Sposobnost učinkovitega dela v ekipi in prispevanja k pozitivnemu delovnemu okolju.

Prescreening
