    Position Description

    Na co dzień będziesz zajmować się głównie:

    • Naliczaniem wynagrodzeń z tytułu umów o pracę i cywilnoprawnych
    • Obsługą zasiłków (chorobowych, macierzyńskich itd.)
    • Sporządzaniem i przesyłaniem deklaracji ZUS, PIT, PFRON, GUS
    • Przygotowywaniem dokumentacji płacowej i zasiłkowej
    • Obsługą programu Płatnik
    • Współpracą z instytucjami zewnętrznymi (ZUS, US, GUS)
    • Monitorowaniem danych dot. czasu pracy (np. absencje, urlopy)
    • Tworzeniem raportów i zestawień płacowych

    Mile widziane również doświadczenie w:

    • Systemie Enova lub SAP
    • Obsłudze benefitów pracowniczych

    Czego od Ciebie potrzebujemy?

    • Minimum 3-letniego doświadczenia w obszarze płac
    • Dobrej znajomości przepisów prawa pracy, ZUS i podatkowych
    • Umiejętności pracy z dużą liczbą danych i dokumentów
    • Dobrej organizacji pracy i dokładności
    • Mile widziana znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B1
    • Komunikatywności i gotowości do współpracy z zespołem

    Prescreening

    First you’ll be contacted by one of our recruiters, who will go over the position with you in more detail. During prescreening, you’ll also be able to ask any extra questions you may have.

    Testing

    First-round interview

    You’ll meet up with the manager of the team that you just may be about to join. You’ll learn who your new colleagues will be and what will await you in this new role.

    Case study

    For some roles, you may be given a task to complete. Don’t worry – there won’t be any trick questions, and you’ll always have enough time to complete it.

    Second-round interview

    This may or may not take place. It depends once again on the position you’re applying for. If it does happen, you’ll meet both the manager and the team, and you’ll have another chance to ask about everything you’d like to know.
