Position Description

Notino is the largest beauty-specialist online retailer in Europe. We currently have online stores in most European countries, and we plan to expand in many more markets. Our vision is to merge beauty and technology, and we aim to become the Top Tech Company. That's why we are extremely pleased to have been announced as one of the Leading European Tech Scaleups (#LETS)! 🚀 We are a Czech-based company consisting of over 3000 talented people and 360 engineering enthusiasts. 

We build everything that helps users search, filter, and discover products — from search logic and sorting (via Elastic) to top navigation, category listings, and "Recommended" sections. We also manage the display of campaign prices and product labels, ensuring a smooth and relevant shopping experience.
Another part of the team focuses on the visual and content layer — including the blog layout, videos, promo spaces, and special campaign pages (those you see in emails). We're also preparing a Premium experience with banners, social content, and multimedia to support storytelling and business goals.

Prescreening

First you’ll be contacted by one of our recruiters, who will go over the position with you in more detail. During prescreening, you’ll also be able to ask any extra questions you may have.

Testing

Some positions are a bit more specialised than others. That’s why we may ask you to pass a language, competency or personality test.

First-round interview

You’ll meet up with the manager of the team that you just may be about to join. You’ll learn who your new colleagues will be and what will await you in this new role.

Case study

For some roles, you may be given a task to complete. Don’t worry – there won’t be any trick questions, and you’ll always have enough time to complete it.

Second-round interview

This may or may not take place. It depends once again on the position you’re applying for. If it does happen, you’ll meet both the manager and the team, and you’ll have another chance to ask about everything you’d like to know.
